We facilitate community-driven solutions to complex problems, prioritizing the wisdom of embedded community members over the experience of outside consultants. Using a complexity science lens we help unlock a community’s genius. We strive to create spaces where people can truly transform the systems that impact them.

The Yostfish team is an eclectic mix of unique individuals. We hail from different places, were raised in different cultures, and rarely share the same opinions. We find strength in variety. Our mix of intellectual pursuits, professional backgrounds, and lived experiences are the sources of our collective wisdom. These perspectives inform our approach to addressing complex community challenges.

Our work is rooted in complexity science. We focus on understanding the complex, interconnected issues impacting communities. We use co-design, facilitation, and participatory cartography to create spaces for collaborative problem-solving, empowering communities to drive positive change.
